With reference to the legislation referred to in the law4/2013 and in particular art. 2, paragraph 4and art27 ter of the consumer code, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, a help desk is activated through which the citizen can get in touch with Corporazione delle Arti and its associates to request information on the quality standards required of the associates or in the event of disputes with them. Corporazione delle Arti undertakes to resolve any dispute to the satisfaction of the citizen
